Job summary

Intelisys, a ScanSource company, seeks a Business Development Manager to cover the Midwest region. The role is quota-bearing and focuses on selling to assigned Sales Partners, onboarding new partners, and expanding revenue through core services.

You will work with existing BDMs/Directors to achieve annual targets for net billings, commissions, and profits, travel as needed, and participate in partner events. Base salary ranges between $110k and $120k plus incentives, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of telecom, UCaaS, and cloud computing sales experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and editorial abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for quotes, orders, net billings, and profits.
• Grow revenue with assigned Sales Partners and onboard new partners.
• Market to partners and build relationships within the region.
• Drive events attendance and participate in partner trainings.
• Travel as required to nurture relationships.
