Qualifications

• BS in Business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10 years sales/distribution management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and business development for Midwest/Central US region.
• Drive sheet market share growth by working with distributors and channel partners.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to deliver value.
• Lead pricing decisions and develop distributor selection for key OEMs and fabricators.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve CM$ growth and new business opportunities.
