The successful candidate will streamline operations across branches, build a scalable regional model, and partner with private‑equity-backed growth initiatives to accelerate market expansion.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related fields.
• Proven success leading multi-branch or multi-market operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, not just stabilize operations.
• Experience in private-equity-backed or growth-focused environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Midwest region as a unified operating platform with consistent strategy.
• Own regional revenue performance, including growth, pricing, and cross-selling.
• Drive operational excellence across estimating, project mgmt, safety, and back-office.
• Build and coach Branch Presidents and senior leaders; foster high-performance culture.
• Lead annual regional budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Support acquisition integration and post-acquisition performance targets.
