The candidate should have 5+ years of regional industrial sales experience in the territory, travel up to 60%, and a technical background in relevant manufacturing industries.

Qualifications

• Five years’ regional industrial sales experience in the territory is required.
• Technical presentations to end users, distributors, and reps.
• Understanding of manufacturing process equipment a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred; business/marketing considered with related experience.
• 60% travel by air and auto; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Growth: Expand sales through end users, OEMs, engineering firms, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Build Strategic Partnerships with customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
• Provide Technical Expertise on electrostatic hazard protection solutions.
• Develop Sales Channels through coaching and training distributors and representatives.
• Identify New Opportunities through market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver Business Results by meeting revenue and profitability targets.
