Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Training Manager for the Midwest region, based out of the Denver, CO branch. You will lead the design and delivery of customer safety training, align it with regional strategy, and drive training programs to support revenue and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include developing go-to-market training plans, managing a regional training team, and training internal trainers across districts while staying current with OSHA and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of college and related work experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience conducting safety training for equipment operators.
• Experience training trainers and safety program delivery.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer safety training strategy and go-to-market plan for the region.
• Manage customer safety training programs and regional training team.
• Train select employees as trainers for safety courses across districts.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to report training metrics and safety initiatives.
