Qualifications

• Solid sales experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Precision Equipment, or Machine Tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with CRM platforms and travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Market Development & Account Acquisition: Proactively target, contact, and acquire new customers as a primary focus.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers through regular on-site visits.
• Sales Execution & Strategy: Implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and grow profit margins.
• Technical Solution Advisory: Present IEMCA products portfolio and guide clients to optimal solutions.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage leads, pipeline opportunities, forecasting, and visit planning using Salesforce.
• Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at trade shows, open houses, and industry events to generate new leads.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and support.
