Job summary

Bucci Industries USA, based in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery at customer sites across the Midwest. You will perform inspections, support preventive maintenance, and provide operator training while delivering accurate CRM reporting and clear communication.

For Bucci Industries USA based in Charlotte (NC) we're hiring a Field Service Engineer to cover the Midwest territories.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing new machines, maintainingand repairing existing equipment at customer facilities, and ensuring reliable operation over time. You will perform regular inspections to detect potential issues, support preventive maintenance activities, and provide training to machine operators and maintenance teams. By combining your technical expertise with accurate CRM reporting and effective communication, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Solid experience as a CNC machine operator or maintenance technician; experience in automatic bar feeding maintenance or operation;
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication and team-work skills;
• Excellent familiarity with the use of Office package, PC/device and apps in general;
• Great attention to customers.
