Job summary

Bucci Industries Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair machines at customer facilities across the Midwest. You will perform inspections, support preventive maintenance, and train operators and maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

Solid experience as CNC machine operator or maintenance technician.
Experience in automatic bar feeding maintenance or operation.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with Office suite and PC/apps.

Responsibilities

Install new machines and maintain/repair existing equipment at customer facilities.
Perform regular inspections to detect potential issues and support preventive maintenance.
Provide training to machine operators and maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and effective communication with customers.
Contribute to high-quality service experience and customer satisfaction.
