This role emphasizes developing talent, strengthening cross-channel experiences, and delivering a superior customer experience while leading P&L accountability across 11 stores in a 40+ market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-store management experience.
• 6+ years of retail experience.
• Proven track record of building sales leadership and influence.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a P&L.
• Proven track record in delivering a high performing culture in a team through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships across functions.
• Passion for the Vineyard brand and culture.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into strategies.
• Experience adapting to change and moving with pace.
• Ability to travel 75-80%.

Responsibilities

• Connect field teams with Harbor Drive teams as One Team with aligned goals and focus.
• Tap into communities to recruit and maintain a high-level talent pool and fill open positions quickly.
• Ensure core values are carried out in stores through people practices and operations.
• Demonstrate leadership and communicate company initiatives to the field.
• Lead managers to ensure channel strategy is executed and hold teams accountable.
• Motivate and reward teams to increase retention of top performers.
• Coach and develop Manager team on business acumen, visuals, and people management.
• Partner with HR to develop succession plans across channels and functions.
• Lead store teams to create exceptional in-store experiences.
