Vineyard Vines Retail, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for 90 Main Street, Westport, CT. You will lead a dynamic team, drive profitable sales, manage HR duties, and own merchandising and customer engagement to strengthen community ties and brand presence.

The role requires a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to coach and develop crew to maximize store performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume.
• Proven track record in HR Management.
• Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
• Proficient communication skills – verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem solving; strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Motivates and inspires teams to drive profitable sales and strong team performance.
• Creates business plans to exceed drive top and bottom-line goals with team engagement.
• Delivers an energetic omni-channel sales floor experience building brand connection and customer engagement.
• Builds client relationships and community engagement to gain repeat and new customers.
• Takes ownership of merchandising presentations to drive product sell-through.
• Recruits and develops a high performing team with accountable, transparent communication.
• Sets strategic succession plans to fill open positions and plan for future needs.
• Uses forecasting and scheduling to drive store sales and operations.
