Job summary

Fagor Automation, a global leader in CNC systems and automation technologies, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow the Midwest market. You will develop new business, expand relationships, and drive solutions for OEMs, machine builders, distributors, system integrators, and end users.

You will travel 60–70% of the time to visit customers, attend industry events, and present demonstrations, while collaborating with engineering, technical support, customer service, and marketing teams to deliver

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration for Fagor Automation's CNC solutions throughout the Midwest territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional business.
• Engage with OEMs, machine tool builders, distributors, system integrators, and end users.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend solutions that add value to their operations.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Travel throughout the Midwest region (approximately 60-70%) to visit customers, prospects, industry events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, technical support, customer service, and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer information within CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
