Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas, TX to drive capital projects across pipelines and facilities, reporting to a Senior Project Manager in the Strategic Growth Project Organization.

You will manage scope, cost, and schedule, coordinate engineering and construction activities, ensure PMO compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field is required.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in capital projects, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience with pipelines, terminals, facilities, or related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned scopes/projects to ensure delivery within approved budget and schedule.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, cost forecasts, and engineering deliverables.
• Tracks project costs and provides input on forecasts, variances, and financial performance.
• Coordinates contract engineering and construction activities for pipeline and facility projects.
• Ensures compliance with PMO policies, standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports adherence to MOC, safety programs, and incident investigations.
• Assists in scoping, feasibility assessments, and development of engineering solutions.
• Coordinates RFQs, bid evaluations, and contract execution.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and standards for safe operation.
• Collaborates with Project Engineering, Project Controls, Operations, and third-party providers.
• Maintains project documentation and scopes, deliverables, and construction records.
• Communicates project status, risks, and performance to leadership.
• Provides cost, schedule, and risk updates and recommendations.
• Supports PMO standards adoption.
