Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream seeks a Project Manager to independently manage multiple pipeline and facility projects from conception to completion, ranging from $100K to $5MM. You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop project charters and AFE estimates, and ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance across sites in multiple states.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in petrochemical or midstream sectors and five years in a PM-related role, plus a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

• Ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining industries required.
• Five years in a project management related role required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs: objectives, risks, scope, and business case.
• Prepare ROI analyses and project charters to secure funding.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, asset management, scheduling, safety, and operations.
• Manage procurement, bid packages, and vendor relations; monitor cost, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate design oversight, outside engineering, and documentation for construction and startups.
• Provide regular progress updates and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
