Job summary

Antero Resources Corporation in Bridgeport, WV, is seeking a Midstream Project Manager to lead projects from conception through completion, balancing scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with internal teams and contractors.

The role requires strong communication, field experience, and the ability to develop execution plans, manage changes, and report weekly status and costs to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of Project Management experience within oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of the assigned Midstream projects from conception to completion.
• Define and balance competing project constraints including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk and resources.
• Perform economic evaluations to estimate project costs and schedules from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with departments and third-party inspection teams throughout the project process.
• Manage daily activities of third-party resources to ensure project completion.
• Implement Change Management procedures to maintain budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Land and Environmental groups for routes, permits, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Safety and Procurement to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly project status and cost reports for management and stakeholders.
