Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, or electrical engineering (or other ABET-accredited) or PE.
• Six years of related engineering experience in energy.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Project engineering experience with pipelines and well connections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with affected departments during project development to vet estimates, schedules and safety impacts.
• Develop, implement and manage capital and expense projects within budgets and PM processes.
• Facilitate detailed design reviews to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Lead multi-discipline project teams and communicate performance from conception to start-up.
• Manage multiple projects of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to commissioning.
• Act as a safety leader, lead safety meetings, and support energy isolation procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes using sound engineering practices.
• Lead project safety reviews such as HAZOPs and PHAs.
