Phillips 66 Company is seeking an Asset Engineer II for Midstream Operations in Hobbs, NM. The role focuses on safe, reliable, and efficient operation of compressor stations, pipelines, plants, and field assets in the Permian Basin.

You will troubleshoot, improve processes, and support projects from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with Operations, EHS, reliability, and other teams to translate engineering analysis into practical recommendations that improve safety, reliability,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3+ years in an engineering role, preferably in chemicals or oil & gas.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor plant and process performance; recommend efficiency and reliability improvements.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root-cause identification.
• Build/maintain process simulations to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Lead technical/economic evaluations, testing, design, and upgrades for facilities and equipment.
• Define scope, specs, and cost estimates for projects; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate work with stakeholders; mentor junior engineers and maintain project records.
