Phillips 66 is seeking an Engineer II, Asset to provide technical support ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of compressor stations, pipelines, and field assets in the Permian Basin. You will analyze performance, improve processes, and support projects from concept to implementation with cross-functional teams.

The role covers troubleshooting, process simulations, and engineering design, with emphasis on safety and environmental risk management while driving reliability and cost

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in an engineering role (chemicals/oil & gas).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to operations troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Build and maintain process simulations for plants and compressor stations.
• Lead and participate in engineering design, construction, and upgrades.
• Define project scope, requirements, and execution plans with stakeholders.
• Support Process Safety Management and incident investigations.
