Phillips 66 Company is seeking an Asset Engineer II for Midstream Operations in the Permian Basin area. You will provide technical support for safe, reliable operation of compressor stations, pipelines, and plants, translating analyses into actionable recommendations to improve reliability, efficiency, production, and safety.

You will engage with operations, EHS, reliability, and other stakeholders, build simulations, and lead evaluations through project execution with a strong emphasis on

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in chemicals or oil & gas.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel to field/training locations and perform field duties.

Mansioni

• Monitor plant and performance data; recommend changes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, failure analysis, and RCA.
• Build and maintain process simulations for plants and compressor stations.
• Lead and support engineering design, procurement, installation, and upgrades.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, costs, and execution plans.
• Review standards, advise on safety, reliability, and cost performance.
• Coordinate project execution and stakeholder communication.
