Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, New Jersey, seeks a Rough Utility Worker for the Midnight shift (Sunday night–Thursday night, 10 PM–6 AM). Training on days (Mon–Fri, 6 AM–2 PM) may last several months.

Starting hourly rate is $25.66; after 12 months, $28.31. Includes a shift premium off-shift and a comprehensive benefits package. Performs essential utilities duties, operates cutting and finishing tools, and ensures material traceability.

Qualifications

• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned on eligibility.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Dover NJ will be considered.
• Must pass visual eye exam and alloy verification certification.
• Ability to participate in problem solving efforts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support multiple cutting and finishing equipment per safety rules.
• Maintain traceability and identity of castings through processes.
• Perform alloy verification procedures after certification.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; follow PPE and EH&S rules.
• Assist supervision and perform other duties as assigned.
