Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Production Worker for the Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey, to support rough cleaning and utility tasks on the Weekend Nights shift (Friday–Sunday, 6 PM–6 AM). Training on Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 6 AM–2 PM) can last several months.

Starting hourly rate is $25.66 with after 12 months $28.31; a shift premium applies when off-shift. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, disability, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Access to export-controlled items; U.S. work authorization required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• No relocation; candidates within 50 miles of Dover, NJ will be considered.
• Must pass visual eye exam and alloy verification certification.
• Participates in problem solving efforts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Kalamazoo saw, wet saw, AW Bell, pull down saw, and water jet equipment.
• Maintain traceability by performing alloy verification procedures.
• Perform K/O, KOH soak/core removal, water hone, and sand blast of castings.
• Maintain identity of castings through all operations and keep work area clean.
• Follow safety rules and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
