Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Rough Utility Worker for the Dover Casting group in Dover, NJ. The role supports a weekend night shift (Fri-Sun, 6PM-6AM) with daytime training on first shift (Mon-Fri, 6AM-2PM). The starting hourly rate is $25.66, increasing after 12 months to $28.31.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to pass eye exam and alloy verification certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Dover NJ considered.
• Must pass visual eye exam and alloy verification certification.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly operations in the Dover Casting group.
• Operate or assist with Kalamazoo saw, wet saw, AW Bell, pull down saw and water jet equipment.
• Maintain traceability through alloy verification and MP identity marking.
• Perform K/O, KOH soak/core removal, water hone and blast operations as required.
• Keep castings and processes identified and records up to date.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE and EHS policies.
