Boutique Recruiting is seeking a midlevel to senior Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Litigator in Irvine, CA to handle complex litigation involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and collaborate with partners to shape strategy in a fast-paced firm environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of trade secret litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and familiarity with e-discovery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in trade secret litigation.
• Experience with restrictive covenants and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief.
• Proficient in drafting temporary restraining orders and complaints in federal and state courts.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with computer forensics and e-discovery issues is preferred.

Salary Range

$210,000 - $270,000 / Year DOE
