Experience: 4–8 Years

Compensation: $310,000 – $445,000

A sophisticated and rapidly expanding private investment funds practice is seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to become a core member of its team.

This is a compelling opportunity for an attorney with substantial venture capital or private equity fund formation experience to take on a central role advising innovative investment platforms, sponsors, and fund managers. The practice has a particularly strong focus on venture funds and emerging investment structures, including venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds.

The Role

The successful candidate will work across the formation, operation, and ongoing counseling of private investment funds, handling sophisticated matters that combine fund structuring, corporate law, and securities regulation.
