Senior Counsel Attorney – Fund Services

A leading U.S. law practice is seeking an accomplished Senior Counsel Attorney to join its highly regarded fund services group. This is an opportunity to step into a sophisticated, partner-track environment supporting many of the most active venture capital and growth equity sponsors in the market. The role can be based out of D.C., New York or Boston. In this role, you’ll advise clients across the entire fund life cycle — from initial structuring and formation through ongoing regulatory, compliance, and operational matters. What You’ll Do
