Job summary

The successful candidate will advise employers on labor relations, handle matters before the NLRB, and draft memos and briefs while building a sophisticated practice with significant client contact.

JD from an accredited law school with 4–6 years of relevant experience and strong writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Four to six years of relevant labor and employment experience.
• Experience handling traditional labor matters and advising on labor relations issues.
• Prior experience with the NLRB.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
