Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead early project development and scope definition for Midland Basin well pads, tank batteries, and surface facilities.
• Progress greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through execution readiness.
• Coordinate subsurface plans with land, regulatory, wells, operations, and facilities teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Support front-end engineering and design, feasibility studies, and option screening.
• Develop pre-Gate 3 deliverables and align with standard designs.
