ExxonMobil in Spring, TX is seeking an Execution Planning Advisor II (Front-End) to lead early project development for Midland Basin wells and surface facilities, translating objectives into execution-ready scopes. The role requires coordinating across Development Planning, Regulatory, Wells, and Operations to ensure smooth handoff to detailed engineering.

This position emphasizes front-end design, cost estimation, and risk-aware planning with a travel component to field locations.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
Experience in front-end planning, project development, or execution planning is preferred.
Experience integrating projects across Development Planning, Surface Land, Regulatory, Wells, Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Project Execution is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

Lead early project development and scope definition for Midland Basin well pads and surface facilities.
Progress projects from concept through design-basis and execution readiness.
Translate requirements into clear project scopes, technical bases, schedules, and cost estimates.
Support front-end engineering and design activities, feasibility evaluations, and option screening.
Develop pre-Gate 3 deliverables and alignment with standard designs.
