Job summary

Rwdy-Inc is seeking an Execution Planning Advisor II to support brownfield and greenfield upstream projects from Houston Campus. Expect 20–30% travel to Midland Basin locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and ASAP start.

The role focuses on verifying facility conditions, reusing existing assets, and building the technical basis for execution plans before project handoff. You will lead process design and safety facilities development, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with Operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in project execution and planning activities.
Experience supporting upstream unconventional facilities is strongly preferred.
Experience developing or reviewing heat and material balances, process‑flow plans, equipment designs, hydraulic balances, and utility balances is preferred.

Responsibilities

Verify brownfield facility conditions, constraints, and reuse opportunities.
Develop preliminary execution plans for wells, tank batteries, facilities, flowlines, pipelines, and tie‑ins.
Lead process‑design deliverables and safety facilities; review and mentor junior engineers.
Provide technical oversight of engineering contractors and ensure compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with Operations, Construction, and Regulatory for readiness and execution risk management.
