Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to support TIBCO EMS, BW, BWCE, and related platforms in AWS environments. You will participate in the full SDLC, assist with design discussions, code, review changes, and ensure system reliability through incident resolution and preventive actions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end responsibilities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining detailed operational docs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 production support for TIBCO EMS, BW, BWCE, and related platforms.
Administer BWCE apps in AWS environments.
Perform upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and SSL management.
Monitor, troubleshoot production incidents, alerts, and outages within SLA.
Handle incident, problem, change, and service requests via ServiceNow.
Develop training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
