Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to support, design, and implement middleware and cloud-enabled applications. You will collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, and security to ensure stable, scalable software delivery.

The role involves on-going production support, incident response, and deployment activities, with a focus on Apache, JBoss, Tomcat, Spring Boot, and AWS-based environments. A strong coding and debugging mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Apache Web Server, JBoss EAP, Apache Tomcat, and Spring Boot applications.
• Monitor application and middleware environments to ensure high availability and operational stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, alerts, and performance issues within agreed SLA timelines.
• Execute change requests, application deployments, middleware configuration updates, and release activities.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support JBoss, Spring Boot, and middleware platforms hosted in AWS environments.
• Manage cloud and on-premises middleware infrastructure, including monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and SSL certificate renewals.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end production support across the application stack.
• Participate in incident handling and resolution within SLA commitments.
• Contribute to deployment and release processes with change control.
• Assist in documenting design decisions and code-level changes.
• Help maintain system stability during updates and migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
