The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, a strong client service work ethic, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Responsibilities include supporting development and implementation activities and some weekend release implementations. Candidates should be proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Qualifications

Experience in web servers Apache and Tomcat must. IIS is desired

Work with the Team Lead and technical team members to support development and implementation activities 24/7 Mon – Sat and on release weekends.
Will have to support some weekend release implementations and provide off-hour communication as required.
Ability to work independently and resolve complex technical issues and identify root cause and recommend solutions to help resolve incidents quickly.
Ability to multi-task and complete multiple parallel assignments while working in an interrupt driven environment.
