Digis seeks a proactive, skilled, and self-driven IT Recruiter to join our remote team!

About Digis

Digis is a European software development company partnering with global businesses to help them scale with top tech talent. As we grow, we’re expanding our recruitment team to meet the demand for high-quality specialists across various domains.

Country and Time Zone: Fully remote, flexible schedule.
Team: 5 Recruiters, 1 Recruitment Team Lead, HRD.
Recruitment Focus: Tech roles of Middle to Senior levels, primarily for international clients in the US and EU.
Project Duration: Long-term cooperation.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (outsourcing/outstaffing companies is a must);
• Proven experience in international hiring (US, EU markets);
• Upper-intermediate or higher English — both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of Polish, Romanian, or Spanish will be a plus;
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Experience in insourcing and interviewing Middle/Senior-level tech specialists;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of responsibility, organization, and ownership.
