Job summary

Soliant is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students for the 2026–2027 academic year in a school setting. You will join a dedicated team of educators and related-service professionals to deliver essential services.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, monitor student progress, and document services in alignment with district and state requirements. This contract offers meaningful impact and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
ASHA CCC preferred; strong CF candidates considered.
Previous experience in school environments valued.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students as part of a comprehensive educational team.
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and ongoing monitoring of student progress.
Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Document services and maintain accurate records in line with school and state requirements.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, service providers, and parents to maximize student outcomes.
