- Instruction: teach NGSS-aligned science with interdisciplinary, inquiry-based approaches.
- Data Analysis: meet weekly with principal/coach to respond to trends in student work and assessments.
- School Culture: build relationships with students and families, engage in PD and weekly meetings, support academic goals.
