Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction
Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals
Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives
Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities
Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and lesson planning
Adhere to all school, district, and network policies and procedures
Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)
Must pass a criminal history background check
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Competitive salary range: $60,000– $[80,000, commensurate with experience
