Job summary

Partnership Academy is seeking an ADSIS Intervention Educator for a 1.0 FTE position starting August 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides Reading and/or Math intervention to PreK–8 students, with a focus on middle school literacy, using push-in during core instruction and small-group blocks.

Interventions are scaffolded from EL education or FastBridge materials and guided by data. Minnesota teaching license is strongly recommended; Spanish speakers preferred but not required;

Qualifications

• Reading and/or Math intervention experience preferred.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide Reading and/or Math Intervention to PreK-8 students, with a focus on middle school literacy.
• Deliver instruction via push-in services during core instruction and small-group sessions.
• Use intervention materials (EL education or FastBridge) and monitor progress.
