Job summary

Partnership Academy Elementary in Richfield, MN is seeking a PreK-8 Lead Literacy Interventionist to oversee our literacy intervention program and deliver ADSIS interventions for students below grade level. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Minnesota teaching license with early childhood or elementary endorsement.
• Experience teaching PreK-2nd grade students.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group and individual ADSIS intervention instruction in literacy.
• Deliver evidence-based ADSIS interventions in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension.
• Collaborate with MTSS team and classroom teachers to align interventions with core instruction.
• Monitor and document student progress and intervention fidelity.
• Prepare data reports for MTSS team meetings and staff data dives.
