Job summary

Partnership Academy in Richfield, MN seeks an ADSIS Intervention Educator (1.0 FTE) to provide reading and/or math intervention, with a focus on middle-school literacy, using FastBridge data. Instruction is delivered through push-in and small-group blocks, aligning to Minnesota standards and data-driven practices.

Minimum qualifications include a Minnesota teaching license (strongly recommended); Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reading and/or math interventions to PreK–8 students.
• Ability to use benchmark data to tailor instruction.
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide reading and/or math intervention with a focus on middle school literacy.
• Deliver instruction via push-in during core classes and small groups during intervention blocks.
• Use FastBridge data to monitor progress and guide instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student growth.
• Align instruction with Minnesota state standards and equity goals.
