Job summary

Coventry Public Schools is seeking a 7 hr/day Building Paraprofessional at Alan Shawn Feinstein Middle School of Coventry.

Must hold a Teacher Assistant Certification and have passed a Praxis exam OR have a Teacher Assistant Certification and an Associates OR at least an Associates degree in education. This is a union contracted 180-day position with compensation according to contract. The starting date is Aug 24, 2026.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom activities and transitions for students.
• Monitor and collect data as part of a behavior plan.
• Support in collaborating with a diverse team of teachers.
