Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to reinforce positive behaviors and manage behavior effectively.
• Will be trained in de-escalation and restraint techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and students with instructional program implementation.
• Assist teachers in assessing student performance.
• Maintain records and data on student performance.
• Monitor student behavior and encourage appropriate classroom behavior.
• Assist with implementing IEPs where applicable.
