Columbia Community Church (C3) in Washington is seeking a part-time youth ministry leader for the middle school program (grades 6–8). This role will oversee weekly gatherings, cultivate an engaging environment, and mentor students toward faith growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in student ministry, education, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the middle school ministry (grades 6–8), including weekly gatherings and student engagement.
• Create a welcoming, fun, and spiritually impactful environment for students.
• Build relationships with students and families to foster belonging and community.
• Teach and preach regularly during middle school services and gatherings.
• Communicate biblical truth in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
• Partner with Youth Pastor to align teaching with the ministry vision.
• Develop and implement a discipleship pathway for middle school students.
• Help students take next steps in faith, including salvation and baptism.
• Support small groups that encourage spiritual growth and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and care for middle school volunteer leaders.
