Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 is seeking a Middle School Student Minister to lead discipleship and engagement for students at the assigned campus. This role oversees Wednesday and Sunday services, collaborates on ministry strategy, and mentors coaches and serve staff to build a thriving student community.

You will engage students through school events, partner with families, and implement next-step processes to help students grow in their faith and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience with students preferred.
• Multisite student ministry experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for middle school students weekly through discipleship, teaching and relational ministry.
• Oversee/run Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.
• Develop student ministry strategy at the campus and contribute to the teaching team.
• Recruit, disciple and lead a healthy team of coaches and serve staff.
• Engage students through school events and next-step plans.
