You will collaborate with the District IT Department, assist with attendance, transcripts, reports, and documentation, and provide secretarial support to the summer school program and site admin team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule management for master class timetable and class sizes.
• Coordinate student demographics, courses, and instructors in the system.
• Support enrollment, pre-registration, and withdrawals.
