Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of teaching or student support experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experienced in implementing restorative justice practices and building school-wide behavior systems.
• Knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, and culturally responsive pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of restorative practices, including circles and conflict resolution.
• Supervise a student support team responsible for daily behavior response.
• Communicate proactively with families about student behavior and growth.
• Manage the student government and promote student leadership.
• Attend and contribute to the School Leadership Team.
