• Collaborate with chairs and counselors on Tier II/III discipline; communicate with families; maintain records.
• Report to the Principal to ensure seamless culture initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Leading and managing school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), ensuring alignment with our disciplinary handbook and guidelines.
• Setting and achieving annual culture and discipline goals, using data to drive grade-level initiatives and improve behavior management strategies.
• Overseeing and implementing PBIS in common spaces such as arrival, dismissal, transitions, restrooms, lunch, and special events, ensuring consistency across the school.
• Supporting, training, and holding teachers accountable for applying PBIS both within and outside the classroom.
• Collaborating with department chairs and counselors to manage student discipline at Tiers II and III of PBIS, including communication with families and maintaining records.
• Reporting directly to the Principal to ensure the seamless execution of school-wide culture initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing adults and leading teams.
• A balance of high expectations, patience, and a genuine joy in working with adolescents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills in working with students, families, and colleagues.
