Job summary

Abrazar, Inc. operates the ASES P.R.I.D.E. after-school program focused on education, health care, and empowerment. The Site Instructor works with the Site Director and Lead Instructor to implement curriculum and enrichment activities for youth in grades 6–8.

The role emphasizes supervising energetic youth, delivering planned activities, and promoting safety and program rules while collaborating with families, staff, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver educational, athletic, and enrichment activities based on lesson plans with a learning objective
• Supervise small and large groups of students
• Maintain accurate attendance records and meal documentation
• Be a positive role model in demeanor, dress, communication, and attitude
• Collaborate with Site Director and Lead Instructor to evaluate programs and services
• Design and orchestrate special events as assigned
• Attend trainings and meetings as needed
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed
