Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, middle office, reconciliations, or similar support roles.
• Exposure to asset management, banking operations, or financial services environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong data analysis skills, experience working with high-volume operational data with the ability to work across diverse datasets and translate varied inputs into standardized outputs.
• Ability to synthesize key concepts and findings into clear, well-organized summaries.

This role is well-suited for someone with an operations background who is comfortable executing repeatable processes, working with data, and supporting senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and ad-hoc operational reconciliations between internal systems and external data sources
• Pull and validate data from custodians, vendors, and external websites
• Update and maintain Excel-based reconciliation and control files
