Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly fixed income portfolio asset reports for client accounts.
• Submit daily/monthly asset and cash reconciliations for custodian banks.
• Monitor cash flows, daily expenses, collateral holdings, and income receivables.
• Research variances and incorrect holdings; liaise with banks on issues.
• Research portfolio discrepancies using Bloomberg and communicate findings.
• Provide additional support as needed.

Investment Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment OperationsAnalyst opportunity at a highly successful Investment Management firm locatedin Boston, MA. This is an entry-level position that provides an excellent opportunityto gain hands-on back-middle office experience with atop-tier investment management firm.

8-12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $19-$20/hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly fixed income portfolio asset reports for client accounts


• Submit daily/monthly asset and cash reconciliations for custodian banks


• Monitor cash flows, daily expenses, collateral holdings, and income receivables for client portfolios


• Research and report variances and incorrect holdings within accounts, and maintain correspondence with banks on any account issues, monitoring futures and options within client portfolios, ensuring swaps are reported correctly


• UseBloomberg to research portfolio discrepancies between the firmand the Bank


• Provide additional support as needed
