Job summary

Vertisystem (A MOURI Tech Company) is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily reconciliations and data-driven decision making within a Middle Office environment.

You will handle data from custodians and vendors, update Excel-based control files, and assist senior staff with reporting and process improvements, contributing to accurate, timely operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, middle office, reconciliations, or similar support roles.
• Exposure to asset management, banking operations, or financial services environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong data analysis skills, experience working with high-volume operational data with the ability to work across diverse datasets and translate varied inputs into standardized outputs.
• Ability to synthesize key concepts and findings into clear, well-organized summaries.
