Qualifications

• 2–5 years of investment banking experience or IB analyst program.
• Strong M&A transaction experience and deal execution understanding.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent, LBO).
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple live projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and related advisory engagements.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence while managing interactions among clients, buyers, lenders, and advisors.
• Participate in management meetings and sponsor discussions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on business development and industry coverage.
• Mentor and review work completed by Analysts.
